How we work
Collectia LLC invests its own capital in Colombian real estate. There is no client on the other side of the table: when we make an offer, it is our money at risk, which is why the answer comes fast and the price is one we can defend.
We are not brokers, appraisers or lawyers, and we do not take listings. If a property does not fit the portfolio we say so and stop there, rather than sending you off to someone who charges you.
