Collectia LLC (EIN 42-3715405) is a Florida limited liability company. It owns a vacant lot in Rotonda West, Florida, acquired with its own capital, where it plans to build three single-family homes. Its owner is Colombian, but Collectia itself is not a Colombian company and does not operate as one.
We are not brokers, appraisers or contractors, and we do not sell services or take on outside clients. This site exists to describe our own project and how to reach us, not to offer anything for sale.

Current status
Land acquired. We are now working through zoning and permitting before construction starts.
