1. Who we are

2. We do not sell services
Collectia does not act as a broker, agent, appraiser, contractor or consultant for anyone else. We do not take listings, we do not represent buyers or sellers, and we do not offer real estate or development services to the public. Nothing on this site is legal, tax or investment advice.
3. What this website is
This site is informational. It describes the project Collectia owns and how to reach us. It is not a marketplace, it publishes no listings, and nothing on it is a binding offer of any kind.
4. Messages sent through this site
Sending us a message through the contact form costs nothing and commits neither side. We may choose not to respond to messages unrelated to the project or the company. We do not guarantee a response time beyond our stated aim of one business day.
5. Accuracy of the information you send
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you send us. We rely on what you tell us to decide how to respond, and we may disregard messages that appear false, automated or abusive.
6. Limits of what we say
Statements on this site about the status of the project, including its location, use and timeline, reflect our current plans and may change without notice. Nothing here is a commitment to build a specific thing, on a specific date, or at all.
